At the Akitenesshouse we dedicate ourselves to welcoming especially kitesurfers and generally travelers, who like to meet new people during their holidays.The house is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walk from Playa de Lances. Everything is designed to facilitate your kite trip
We inform you about the different winds and spots of Tarifa. Thanks to its location, the house offers sea views and we can observe the conditions from several rooms. There are areas for cleaning, drying and storing equipment. It is easy to find places to park your car in the surroundings. If there is no wind, don't worry, we have a lot of activities to recommend.

About us
Hola ! We are Axel & Vanessa, founder of the "Akitenessteam". From different origins, we built our way together living in different places like Bonaire, Spain, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Egypt, Greece and Vietnam...
And today, here we are! Axel is a kitesurf instructor and Vanessa, an astrologer and a tourism professional, she is managing the house and welcoming the guests. We chose Tarifa for its special lifestyle that we feel identified with. The house is the result of our passion for travel, kiteboarding and decoration is inspired by some of our favorite spots.
Our goal is for all our guests to feel at home!
Preservation of the environment is important to us and we are doing our best to reduce the use of plastics. We provide ecological shampoo and shower gel purchased in bulk. Recycling is easily organized in the kitchen and the household products we use are totally natural and do not damage our piece of paradise.

Akiteness House is helping Nereide
Thanks to the online tool Teaming we donate 1€/month to the non-profit organisation Nereide. Based in Tarifa, they focus on conservation projects and environment education, organizing sustainable events like beach clean-up, vegetarian aperitifs and workshops in local schools.
